As a technology pioneer and growth executive with a track record of scaling category-defining enterprise companies, Kosmowski previously held senior leadership roles at two of Silicon Valley’s most transformative companies. At Slack, she helped scale the business from $90 million to over $1 billion in revenue, building the customer success and enterprise go-to-market teams during a period of rapid global expansion. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Salesforce, where she joined in the company’s early days and played a key role in growing the business from $20 million to more than $10 billion in revenue.

Kosmowski is a founding partner of Operator Collective, a venture firm that brings together top operators to invest in the next generation of enterprise software companies. She also serves on the boards of Rapid7 and Nasuni.

A proud alumna of the McCormick School of Engineering, Kosmowski earned her degree in industrial engineering and management sciences and served as captain of the varsity women’s soccer team. She remains deeply engaged with the University as an adviser to both the McCormick Advisory Council and the Farley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and in the past as an Industrial Engineering Distinguished Alumni Award honoree and a former McCormick convocation speaker. She and her husband, whom she met at Northwestern, live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Their two daughters are continuing the family tradition as members of the Classes of 2027 and 2029.

Daryl Morey ’96 (’25 P)

Morey is president of basketball operations for the Philadelphia 76ers, where he oversees all facets of the team’s basketball operations. Now entering his sixth season in the role, Morey has led the franchise to consistent postseason success, achieving the highest win percentage over a three-year span in team history and spearheading strong draft performances, including the selections of Tyrese Maxey and Jared McCain.

Daryl Morey

Across his 18-year career as an NBA executive, Morey has built one of the league’s most respected front-office résumés. Between tenures with the Houston Rockets and the 76ers, Morey’s teams have compiled a record of 865-575 (.601), ranking him among the top five winningest executives in NBA history with at least 1,000 games of experience. His leadership has produced 14 playoff appearances and nine 50-plus win seasons. In 2018, he was named NBA Executive of the Year after the Rockets set a franchise record of 65 wins.

Morey’s influence extends beyond the court. A pioneer in sports analytics, he is the co-chair of the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference, which he co-founded to foster innovation and data-driven decision-making in sports management. He previously served as senior vice president of operations for the Boston Celtics before joining the Rockets in 2006.
